Yesterday as I was finishing up chapter 3 getting it ready to send off to my reader (I should have it done today). I ran across a quote from a most unlikely source that I think gives the logic of blessings:
“Men’s Courses will foreshadow certain ends, to which, if persevered in, they must lead,” said Scrooge. “But if the courses be departed from, the ends will change.”

Have you looked to that great philosopher Frosty the Snowman of maybe Rudolf the red nosed theologian?
Steve,
I must confess my slothfulness in my examinations of their prolific tomes. It happens that I was reading some hack make multiple category confusions on the genre of Leviticus 26 and thus his analysis brought to mind Scrooge’s words since, quote a famous German NT theologian, “It is obvious his shadow had not darkened the inside of a church in an over long time.”
